Epstein's Black Book
Epstein's personal contact directory — a 97-page address book of 1,971 names including phone numbers, addresses, and emails, largely compiled by Ghislaine Maxwell. Stolen by Epstein's Palm Beach house manager Alfredo Rodriguez, who treated it as his "insurance policy." In November 2009, Rodriguez attempted to sell it for $50,000 at a Boca Raton hotel — the buyer was an undercover FBI agent. Rodriguez pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice and was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison — longer than Epstein himself ever served. Rodriguez died from mesothelioma in December 2014, before Epstein's 2019 federal arrest. Published by Gawker in 2015.
